1. Return Policy

a. Perishable Items

  • Perishable products (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.) are non-returnable unless:
    • The item is damaged or expired at the time of delivery
    • The wrong item was delivered

b. Non-Perishable Items

  • Non-perishable items (packaged goods, dry groceries, etc.) can be returned if:
    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
    • You request a return within 24 hours of delivery

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Description of the issue (with photos, if possible)
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.
  3. If eligible, we will arrange:
    • A replacement delivery, or
    • A refund to your original payment method

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank details to process a bank transfer

4. Conditions That May Affect Refunds

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • The product was damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
  • The item was consumed or used before raising a complaint

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for delivery
  • Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel, contact our support team immediately via email or phone
